When making a report:
Be sure to include proof, such as a video or a picture, or a link to a video/picture containing proof within the form message. Include also the username of the person, and include a full, detailed story so we can take action appropriately. Reports should only be made if the person is breaking server rules or ruining your experience.
When asking for support:
Please note we only do item restorals if a bug happened causing you to lose your item. Items will not be restored unless you have multiple people to back you up, or have proof of owning the item. Receiving an item back may take several days as we further investigate the situation. You may also request support if you have a question about the server, but note reponse time is usually 1-2 days.
